Watch Repair Maastricht ("we," "our," "us") does not directly purchase or sell watches to or from private clients. Instead, we facilitate transactions through our network of trusted dealers. Our role is to source watches upon request and coordinate sales through third-party dealers, from which we receive a share of the transaction.

2. Sourcing and Sales

• We act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, connecting clients with dealers who have the requested watches available for purchase.

• All transactions are conducted through third-party dealers, and we do not take ownership of any watches at any stage of the process.

• Pricing, availability, and specific terms of the sale are determined by the respective dealer, not by Watch Repair Maastricht.

3. Payments and Fees

• Any payments related to the purchase or sale of a watch must be made directly to the respective dealer.

• We receive a commission or share from the dealer for facilitating the transaction, which is included in the final price agreed upon between the client and the dealer.

• Upon client request, we can provide servicing and polishing, provided it has not already been performed by us. Fees for these services will be quoted separately.

• We do not handle customer funds or act as an escrow service.

4. Responsibility and Liability

• Watch Repair Maastricht is not responsible for the condition, authenticity, or warranty of any watch purchased or sold through a dealer.

• Any disputes regarding the watch, including returns, refunds, or defects, must be handled directly with the dealer.

• We do not provide warranties or guarantees on any watches, as these are the responsibility of the selling dealer.

5. Cancellations and Returns

• As we do not own or sell watches directly, all cancellation and return policies are subject to the terms of the dealer handling the transaction.

• We encourage clients to review the dealer’s policies before completing any purchase.

6. Servicing and Polishing

• Upon client request, we can provide servicing and polishing, provided it has not already been performed by us.

• Fees for these services are separate from the watch purchase or sale and will be quoted individually.

• Any servicing or polishing requests are subject to availability and the terms set by Watch Repair Maastricht.

7. Amendments to These Terms

• Watch Repair Maastricht reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or through direct communication with clients.
